This includes the UK Bribery Act 2010, the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and any laws or regulations implemented in fulfilment of obligations under the OECD Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions and the United Nations Convention Against Corruption.
